Abstract. The paper presents the results of studies on the determination of metallic and non-metallic impurities in various types of oil that are used in oil refining. It describes the possible negative effects of impurities such as arsenic, nickel, vanadium, silicon, and iron compounds found in petroleum raw materials on the performance of process equipment and catalysts. The paper shows that the presence of these poisons in the raw materials used in catalytic processes directly affects their concentration in the oil. The paper also presents the results of research on the selection of a protective layer catalyst package for the hydrotreating reactor of a diesel fraction with a high content of arsenic and silicon. The efficiency of new PH-series protective layer catalysts in hydrotreating raw materials with high impurity content has been demonstrated.
Key Words: impurities in petroleum raw materials, metals in petroleum, catalytic poisons, protective layer catalysts, and hydrotreatment of diesel fuels

Abstract. The article presents the results of determining the ability of slack waxes of different fractional composition and degree of purification to separate oil during gradual heating in the process of deoiling by static crystallization. Classification criteria for distinguishing paraffin-containing raw materials into 4 groups are established, depending on the kinematic viscosity of the raw material at 100°C, fractional composition and oil content. The results of a comparative assessment of the deoiling efficiency of hydrotreated and non-hydrotreated slack waxes are presented. The possibility of processing hydrotreated paraffin-containing raw materials characterized by an increased content of high-boiling components is established in comparison with traditional raw materials of the process.

Аннотация. The article is dedicated to the methods of chemical processing of mixed flows of hydrocarbon gases formed because of catalytic cracking process (catalytic cracking gases, CCG). The focus of the study is on methods that do not require expensive separation of gas mixtures into pure individual components. The review section is devoted to the description of methods for processing ethylene-containing and butylene-containing fractions into products of large-scale production. The expediency of developing methods for processing CCG into products of medium-scale production is shown. Further, the main results of experimental works devoted to the processing of ethylene-containing CCG fractions into n-propanol and propionic acid using carbonylation reactions and to the processing of butylene-containing fractions by selective oxidation into methyl ethyl ketone.

Abstract. To increase the efficiency of the technological installation, it is necessary to analyze the technological scheme and the results of laboratory tests of commercial products. Based on the results of the identification of sites with the potential for modernization, measures are being developed in terms of saving energy resources and improving the quality of commodity methyl-tret-butyl ether (MTBE). A new heat exchanger is selected and the transfer of the buffer capacity is proposed to the site between the demercaptanization column and rectification column. The proposed solutions will reduce the consumption of steam by 1.25% and the load on a reboiler by 1.2%, in addition, the quality of MTBE quality is predicted by 0.2-0.3% mass.

Abstract. The article discusses the development and optimization of the technology for obtaining a multifunctional crosslinker of a polymer-bitumen binder. The work considers the choice of potential reagents. The optimal composition of the crosslinker and the conditions for its synthesis were determined by mathematical modeling using the Statistica software package. The experimental results confirm the optimality of the crosslinker formulation and its content in the PBB composition. The developed multifunctional crosslinker improves the important indicators of polymer-bitumen binders in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulations.

Abstract. The article presents the results of the study of the structure and main characteristics of greases obtained with the different types of detergents: sulfonates, alkyl salicylates and alkyl phenolates of calcium. The developed greases can be classified as high temperature ones, and with an increase in the alkaline number of the additive, the structure and strength properties of the lubricant obtained on its basis are enhanced. Differing in thickening ability, additives of different types are also characterized by different levels of antioxidant and antiwear properties, water resistance and other parameters.
Key Words: greases, lubricant additives, sulfonate additives, alkyl salicylate additives, alkyl phenolate additives.
