Editorial Ethics
The editorial board’s policy is based on current legal requirements concerning copyright, legality, and plagiarism as outlined in Russian legislation, as well as on ethical principles upheld by the community of leading scientific publishers.
The legal foundation for ensuring publication ethics consists of the norms in the “Copyright” section of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the provisions of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The decision to publish is grounded on the reliability, scientific significance, and relevance of the work under consideration.

The editorial board reserves the right to reject materials without review and without explanation if they do not conform to the journal’s scope or contradict the ethics of scientific publication.
According to Russian legislation on specialized media, up to 40% of the printed space in the journal may be allocated for advertising materials related to advanced industry technologies, informational messages about significant events, and scientific conferences.
