SELECTION OF AN EFFECTIVE HYDROGENATE SEPARATION METHOD FOR HYDROCRACKING IN THE CURRENT TECHNOLOGY

Abstract. In order to increase the profitability of the hydrocracking hydrogenate separation process when the unit is operating in the mode of producing a drilling mud base by changing the clarity of separation in the rectification column, five organizational and technical options were considered. Based on the results obtained using the unit’s computational model, it was determined that of the considered options, only the expansion of the rectification zone between the light and medium distillates ensures maximum production of the drilling mud base while ensuring that the quality of the three distillates meets the requirements of the technical documentation.
